iPhone (Click here for Android)

If you run into an issue where both UpTo and the iOS native calendar are both sending you notifications, here is how you can quickly and easily turn off notifications for the native app:
  1. Tap the settings icon on the iPhone home screen.
  2. Tap "Notification Center"
  3. Tap "Calendar".
  4. Select the "None" option for notifications.
This should disable all notifications from the stock calendar app so that you'll only get one notification, from UpTo.

If you don't want your phone sending you two notifications for each event (UpTo and stock calendar app) just follow these steps:
  1. Find and open the calendar app on your phone's home screen.
  2. Tap the options button at the top right to have a list appear. Tap the Settings option.
  3. Tap General Settings.
  4. Scroll down and make sure Notifications is set to off.
Now your stock calendar app will no longer send you notifications and all notifications should go through your UpTo app.
